INTRODUCTION TO THE CENTRAL AFRICAN CFA FRANC
The Central African CFA franc was introduced in 1945 in the French colonies of Equatorial Africa, replacing the French Equatorial African franc. The colonies which used the CFA franc were: Chad, French Cameroon, French Congo, Gabon and Ubanghi-Shari.
